Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a remote role, working Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. You will input vendor SDS information into our hazard database, review chemical regulations, and source SDS sheets for raw materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related science and proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus the ability to learn new software.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input vendor SDS data into the hazard database.
• Review global chemical regulations and their applicability to products.
• Search for SDS docs of raw materials.
• Fill in missing or incorrect information on SDS sheets.
• Contact vendors as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database
• Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products
• Search for SDS sheets of raw materials
• Fill in missing or incorrect information in the SDS sheets
• Contact vendors as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new computer software
• Customer service experience preferred
