PSC Group is hiring an Entry Level Plant Technician / Chemical Loading Operator to join our team. This full-time role offers hands-on training, a safety-focused work environment, and long-term career growth.

You will perform vessel loading activities, transfer product, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with site leadership and customer contacts. The company values reliability, on-site attendance and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training.
• May require a valid Driver’s License and/or a valid TWIC card.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the vessel is secured and inspected at the loading rack.
• Transfers product according to procedures.
• Checks product / vessel weight to ensure limitations do not exceed.
• Completes required paperwork prior to releasing the vessel.
• Communicates with site leadership, team members and customer contacts.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
