No fundraising background required; we provide paid training from day one and a Leadership Track designed to advance top performers into executive management within their first year.

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or student leadership is valued but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Public Engagement: Be the voice and face of charity brands at local events and pop-ups.
• Drive Awareness: Tell stories educating the community on initiatives in education, youth development, and relief.
• Secure Support: Inspire monthly donors and supporters.
• Collaborate: Attend morning strategy meetings and share campaign insights to hit daily targets.
• Leadership Track: Cross-train in public speaking, campaign compliance, and team management.
