Job summary

Halliburton in Odessa, TX is seeking an entry-level Cementing Operations Associate to learn safe and efficient delivery of cementing services, from lab testing to pre-job checks and equipment preparation. You will be supported by our structured training and development programs to grow within the cementing product line.

Position offers hands-on experience, scope to develop customer relationships, and opportunities to advance through the Technical Training Program as you gain experience in

Qualifications

Completion of an undergraduate degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline required.
Passing the Technical Training Program is a requirement for promotion to the next position.
This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

Performs safe and efficient delivery of cementing services including testing, bulk handling, equipment prep, pre-job checks and QA/QC.
Develops cement design meeting customer requirements and Halliburton standards using simulation software.
Determines lab testing requirements and post-job analysis data interpretation.
Tailors solutions considering price and total cost to Halliburton for delivery.
Develops relationships with customers and communicates solutions to generate opportunities.
Forecasts chemical and casing equipment requirements to ensure timely orders.
Manages inventory to support operations.
