We are seeking a dependable and safety-focusedEntry-Level CDL Class B Driver to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This isan excellent opportunity for a motivated CDL Class B holder looking to buildhands-on commercial driving experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

The driver will safely operate commercial vehicles inresidential and commercial areas, transport and handle waste, and follow allapplicable DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is responsible, safety-conscious,comfortable working outdoors and in varying driving conditions, and eager todevelop their skills as a professional commercial driver.

Requirements

• Valid ClassB Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Valid DOTmedical certification/medical card, or ability to obtain prior tohire.
• Mustbe at least 19 years of age.
• Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Cleandriving record with no more than three (3) moving violations within thepast two years.
• Nodisqualifying DUI/OVI offenses.
• Priorcommercial driving experience is not required; entry-level CDLholders are encouraged to apply.
• Abilityto safely operate commercial vehicles in residential and commercialenvironments.
• Abilityto work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, weekends, andholidays as operational needs require.
• Abilityto follow written and verbal instructions and established safetyprocedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Travelbetween the company office, job sites, disposal facilities, and otherlocations as needed.
• Conductdaily operations in compliance with DOT regulations and company safetyrequirements.
• Maintainawareness of pedestrians, customers, coworkers, other vehicles, equipment,and surrounding conditions.
• Performbasic vehicle inspections and report safety, maintenance, or equipmentconcerns promptly.
• Maintaina clean and professional driving record and demonstrate consistentsafe-driving practices.
• Assistwith additional operational duties as needed.
• Workovertime and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays,based on business needs.
