Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers seeks an entry level CDL-A driver for a paid training program. From day one you earn, with a guaranteed $1,000/week for the first 90 days while you learn from experienced mentors.

After training, expect solo runs at $1,400–$1,600/week with about 2,800 miles weekly, 100% no-touch freight, and 24/7 dispatcher support. Your own late-model truck is assigned for the duration of the program.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school training.
• Clean enough DOT/FMCSA record to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training with a dedicated mentor for 3–5 weeks (200–250 hours).
• Transition to solo driving after training with no gaps.
• Earn from day one with guaranteed pay and performance bonuses.
