The Paid Training Program

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $655 per week while you train.
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: 3 to 5 weeks of hands‑on mentorship with a veteran driver.
• Midwest Lanes: Get comfortable running routes through IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY.
• The Upgrade: Graduate directly into your own 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth.

Solo Driving Rewards (Post-Training)

• Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM.
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,400 – $1,500.
• Top Performers: Earn $1,800+ per week.
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM for safe, productive driving.
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34‑hour reset.

Equipment & Lifestyle

• Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.
• Flexibility: Day and night shifts available; weekends and holidays are NOT mandatory.
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first and last).

Requirements
