18 Wheels USA is hiring a CDL-A Recent Graduate for paid regional training. During mentor-led training you earn $850 per week, then solo earnings are expected at $1,600–$1,800+ per week. This full-time role requires CDL-A and completion of at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.

Position includes paid orientation, bonuses, and home time weekly or bi-weekly. You’ll haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional fleet with company support and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Just got out of CDL school and are looking to start earning money and experience?

Earn $850 per week while training one-on-one with a mentor. After successfully completing training, drivers on this Eastern Regional fleet can expect solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week.

This full-time CDL-A position is open to recent graduates who have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.

Pay and Schedule

On the Road

You will haul no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional fleet. Training is completed with a one-on-one mentor, and you will receive an assigned truck after successfully finishing the program.
