365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL‑A graduates to join our Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll begin with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after completing the program.

This full-time regional role features no-touch freight, weekly or bi-weekly home time, company‑paid tolls and fuel, 24/7 dispatch support, and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays and a 401(k).

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates for our Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after successfully completing the program.

This is a full‑time regional position with no‑touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time available.

What You’ll Earn

• $850 per week during paid mentor training
• Expected solo earnings after training: $1,600-$1,800+ per week
