Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL‑A graduates for an Eastern Regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with paid one‑on‑one mentor training, earn weekly pay while you train, and move into your own assigned truck after successfully completing the program.

This is a full‑time regional position with no‑touch freight, steady support, and weekly or bi‑weekly home time available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training with one-on-one coaching.
• Haul steady dry van freight on regional Eastern fleet.
• Operate safely and communicate professionally with dispatch.
• Move to solo driving after training concludes.
