You will assist experienced carpenters, learn measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components, and safely use hand and power tools under supervision. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• No professional carpentry experience required; training will be provided.
• Interest in carpentry, cabinetmaking, millwork, or construction.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and accept instruction.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced carpenters with fabrication, assembly, and installation
• Learn to measure, cut, shape, sand, and assemble wood components
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment under supervision
• Read a tape measure and learn basic building mathematics
• Load, unload, organize, and protect materials and finished products
• Prepare work areas and clean up the shop and job sites
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Perform other shop and job-site duties as assigned
