Key Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, installations, and structural repairs including walls, roofs, and floors
• Support construction sites by handling materials, tools, and clean-up tasks
• Participate in finish carpentry including doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and drywall
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Learn techniques for working with wood, drywall, and framing systems
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness in accordance with company standards
• Follow direction, communicate clearly, and contribute to team productivity

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills or construction exposure preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a trade profession
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in varied environments
• Valid driver's license preferred
