Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an Entry-Level Caregiver in Shelburne, VT to provide compassionate home care across Chittenden County. You will visit clients' homes, offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and support families.

We offer fair pay between $17.00 and $22.00 per hour, flexible shifts including day/night/weekend, and benefits like PTO, uniforms, training bonuses, and 24/7 support. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Some open schedule availability.
• English fluency.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Caregiving or housekeeping experience - preferred.
• CPR certification and Covid-19 vaccination - preferred.
• Ability to work on-call or as a caregiving substitute - preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities as needed.
• Assist with personal care tasks, housekeeping, mobility, meal preparation, transportation, and other non-medical support; remind clients to take medications.
