Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a Full Time position at the HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. As a member of the Cardiac Cath Department, you will assist Cardiologists with select procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and provide direct patient care.

This role requires an Associate degree or equivalent training and less than 1-year experience as a CVT. Certification in BLS and knowledge of hemodynamics are essential. Shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required or two years of formal education or training beyond high school.
• Experience: Less than 1-year CVT required.
• Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Assist Cardiologists in the Cardiac Cath Lab with procedures.
• Cross-train for circulating, scrubbing, recording, and x-ray duties.
• Provide direct patient care and basic interpretation of hemodynamics.
