Qualifications

• Entry-level position with a strong desire to learn composite assembly.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and blueprints precisely.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and willingness to take direction.
• Good verbal and written communication; ask questions when unsure.
• Solution-oriented mindset to troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
• Interest in hands-on hobbies related to mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform composite assembly and fabrication using composite materials and lamination techniques.
• Follow written work instructions and blueprints to complete layup, trimming, drilling, and installation.
• Install and re-install components ensuring proper fit and quality.
• Use tools safely: screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, tapping tools, sanders, trim equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to clarify instructions and report issues.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and adapt to challenges in assembly/fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in training to build proficiency in layup, lamination, and related techniques.
• Collaborate with team on continuous improvement and quality output.
