Responsibilities

• Welcome station: assist with member sign-ups, changes and account management while delivering friendly service.
• Wash station: follow safety procedures, assist with vehicle prep, operate wash equipment safely and communicate issues.
• Convenience station: engage customers, manage member accounts, collect feedback and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• General duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnels and towels, ensure clean, safe environment and uniform standards.
