Take 5 Car Wash is hiring a Full-time Team Member to work across our wash, tunnel, and vacuum stations. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, support membership sign-ups, and help keep the site running smoothly.

No prior experience is required. A 60-day structured certification program will train you for success, and you’ll stay active every shift outdoors in all weather. Join a fast-paced team that values ownership and daily impact.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day structured certification program
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Ability to welcome customers and support sales and member sign-ups

Responsibilities

• Welcome station and sales performance: provide excellent customer service; assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Wash station service: follow safety procedures; operate wash equipment safely; communicate operational issues to team.
• Convenience station: engage with customers and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts, changes, and cancellations.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy; empty trash; upkeep of facilities including vacuum stations.
• General duties: open/close responsibilities; keep tunnel clean and safe; prepare towels and materials for operations.
