Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician I in West Virginia to support day-to-day plant maintenance and sanitation within the Cultivation department. You will assist in flower care, veg, mom, and propagation as needed, while following safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Physical, repetitive agricultural work; follow directions from supervisors.
• Netting and trellising flower plants; load plants and place emitters.
• Tucking and spreading plants; pruning and defoliating as directed.
• Use of PPE per company guidelines; keep grow room clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
