JARS Cannabis is hiring an entry-level Budtender for the Green Valley location. This role focuses on friendly customer service, product recommendations, and building rapport with patients and customers.

Training on cannabis products is provided, with a compensation range of $15.50–$16 per hour plus a shared tip pool. Schedule includes 5 days on, 8-hour shifts, and requires open availability for morning, mid, and evening shifts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 30 hours per week.
• Full-time schedule with fixed shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
