• Complies with SOPs and guidelines.
• Abstracts data from medical records and enters protocol data.
• Maintains organized electronic and paper files for data abstraction.
• Collaborates with study coordinator to document patient enrollment and outcomes.
• Participates in internal/external audits and monitoring visits.
• Attends staff meetings and continuing education activities.
