Job summary

Accredited Labs is seeking Calibration Technicians at all levels for the Holts Precision Branch in West Bridgewater, MA. The role combines customer service with technical calibration skills, with extensive training provided and mentoring for the right candidate.

Position supports in-lab and on-site calibrations at customer sites, requiring adaptability and a professional client-facing approach. Training is provided; prior experience is not required, and growth is encouraged within a national

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly.
• Able to travel to customers’ locations and work at varied sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites.
• Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per processes.
• Calibrate devices per procedures and protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and provide status updates.
• Ensure calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Interact professionally with customers and provide support.
