Job summary

PM Hotel Group in New York is seeking an entry-level Busser to support the restaurant team. You’ll clear and reset tables, shuttle dishes, assist servers, and keep dining areas clean and organized.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, is available with a great upside: competitive pay, hotel discounts, and F&B discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm in high-pressure situations (bartending experience not required).
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform tasks quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Carry dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe and reset tables with clean plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Refill water and other table items.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and floors clean and organized.
• Help restock dishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests and support the restaurant team.
