Bisnow is seeking a high-performing, entry-level Sales Representative to join our Commercial Real Estate Advertising & Event Sales team. There's significant room for career growth, with a clear path to Business Manager and Director of Sales roles — we’re big believers in promoting from within!

For the first year, this role will be based out of either our NYC office (123 William St., New York, 10038), working a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days in-office and 1–2 days remote each week.

After the first year of training and ramp-up, this position requires a permanent relocation to Atlanta to take ownership of that market and continue advancing your career.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As a BDR (Business Development Rep), you will be trained in all aspects of our products and solutions for the commercial real estate market. You will work with the sales team to create new meetings, proposals, and contracts. Your days will include training, client meetings, attending industry events, and networking. The goal is to be promoted into a business manager role, where you will build your own book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across asset classes and sectors.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales (digital and in-person) by prospecting and confirming sponsors for our events.
  • Prospect new business to build a strong sales pipeline and become an expert in targeted prospecting.
  • Engage with prospects via phone and email, responding to inbound leads.
  • Assist in developing sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
  • Develop fresh topic ideas to stay relevant with industry trends.
  • Understand and aim to meet KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Document activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate sales cycles and reach target accounts.
  • Work with a positive, cross-functional team to ensure sponsorship, marketing, and event success.
