Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an Associate Specialist in Business Development to support the Terminal Business Development team and explore growth opportunities in new geographies and product lines. You will run data analysis, coordinate blending activities at terminals, and assist with drafting agreements and customer notices.

The role requires a BS degree, 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome), strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

BS degree in Finance/Business/Engineering or related discipline.
0–2 years of experience; internship preferred.
Able to carefully and accurately analyze data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ambitious individual who is comfortable with proactively taking action in ambiguous scenarios.
Creative thinker who can formulate unique solutions to problems and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Run analysis on asset activity to identify growth areas and guide commercial decisions.
Manage day-to-day blending activities at applicable terminals, ensuring blends are optimized and product deliveries are coordinated.
Assist Business Development team with drafting new agreements and amendments, escalations, and customer notices.
Liaise between terminal personnel and customers when scheduling issues arise to find the best solutions.
Assist Business Development team with event coordination and logistics.
Create materials that can be used during customer meetings to highlight our asset portfolio.
