Job summary

GLS in South Carolina is seeking entry-level Business Analysts through our campus recruiting for December 2026 or May 2027 offers. Analysts will tackle data-driven problems across Credit Risk, Pricing, and Partnership groups, learning the GLS business inside out.

You’ll apply quantitative skills, SQL or Python, and strong communication to support decision making, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with dealers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, CS, IT, or a related field is required.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to identify needs and drive improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve credit risk related processes and pricing decisions.
• Leverage data sources to support data-driven business decisions.
• Develop KPIs and monitor trends to inform strategy.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Support dealer-partner programs and product feature insights.
• Adapt to varying assignments across GLS business and operations.
