The Bizarre Agency located in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Junior Brand Marketing Associate. This full-time, onsite role offers hands-on training and the chance to engage customers through live promotional campaigns across the Miami area.

You will learn to represent brands, engage customers, and support sales goals while gaining experience in event coordination and customer communication. No prior experience required; coaching will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Bring client campaigns to life at events and pop-ups.
• Start conversations with customers and explain products and offers.
• Answer questions and help complete purchases or sign-ups.
• Support event setup and maintain a welcoming promotional space.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Share customer feedback and track results to improve campaigns.
• Attend training sessions and practise new skills with experienced team members.
