The Embark Agency partners with established brands to connect with customers face to face. We’re growing our Birmingham team and looking for outgoing Brand Ambassadors who are ready for more than a job where you clock in and disappear into the background.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent client brands in busy retail stores, at community events and home shows, and at high-energy stadium and live-event activations. You’ll start conversations, explain great offers, and help customers sign up for products and services that suit them. It’s a sales role, and we’ll train you to be great at it.

Your Day-to-Day

• Represent well-known brands at retail, event, stadium, and pop-up locations
• Start friendly conversations and find out what customers need
• Explain client offers clearly and help interested customers sign up
• Work toward daily goals with a supportive, sociable team
• Keep every interaction professional and on-brand
• Join daily coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
• Enjoy meeting new people and can keep a conversation going
