• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support sales/service activities in-branch (seminars, micromarketing, campaigns).
• Adhere to operational controls to safeguard assets and comply with procedures.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance, escalating issues with transparency.
