Job summary

Cleveland Diagnostics is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to join our onsite team in Cleveland. You will support formulation, filling, assembly, packaging, material handling, and basic in-process quality checks while learning GMP, GDP, and documentation requirements.

Full on-the-job training provided; strong attention to detail and reliability are essential as you work in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is a plus.
• 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, or production environment preferred.
• Exposure to FDA, ISO 13485, or GMP-compliant environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Formulation, filling, and packaging of Class III medical devices per SOPs and product specs.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and perform material staging, line setup, and changeovers.
• Assist in preventive maintenance, equipment calibration support, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, organized, compliant work and storage areas with cleanroom protocols and PPE.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store raw materials with accurate lot control and FIFO/FEFO usage.
• Coordinate shipping to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Assist in creating, revising, and controlling SOPs and training documents.
