A leading staffing agency is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Entry Level) to support the BI & Data team. The candidate will work on data queries, build visualizations, and collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, along with familiarity in SQL and BI concepts. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and hands-on experience with BI tools are required. This role presents a great learning opportunity in business intelligence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into BI tools and databases.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
• Document data sources, transformations, metrics definitions, and report logic.
• Collaborate with BI & Data team and business stakeholders to produce impactful reports.

Conocimientos

Foundational knowledge of SQL

Structured datasets

Basic data warehousing

Detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Herramientas

BI tools (experience with Qlik products is a plus)
