We are on the lookout for both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to be a vital part of our mission at Behavioral Innovations.

We provide hands-on, entry-level opportunities for individuals interested in becoming an RBT. This includes paid training, allowing you to develop the necessary skills to work directly with autistic children.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.

  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration with Lead RBT for training sequence.
