Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of consistent work history.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treatment teams and participate in planning.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed.
• Monitor program rules and report behaviors to supervisors.
• Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection.
• Provide transportation assistance when needed.
