Job summary

Memorial Health in Springfield, IL seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide provisional diagnoses and outpatient psychotherapy to adults and children under supervision. You will develop initial assessments, plan treatments, and deliver 25 hours of billable services per week in a collaborative setting.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and IM+CANS certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• Must obtain IM+CANS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial assessments and treatment plans; provide 25 hours of billable services weekly.
• Implement crisis or pre-crisis interventions for at-risk clients and coordinate referrals.
• Interview collateral contacts to inform assessment and treatment planning.
• Use psychotherapeutic approaches with individuals, couples and families.
• Coordinate termination and discharge planning to support ongoing care.
• May organize therapy groups as assigned.
