Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co is seeking engaged individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians in our Kailua clinic. You will work 1:1 with autistic children, implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and collect data to guide treatment decisions.

We offer training to earn RBT certification, competitive pay with options at $20–$25 per hour, guaranteed hours if a client cancels, and opportunity for growth within our expanding clinic on Oʻahu.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required or willingness to pursue during training.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and engage physically with children.
• CPR/BLS, TB Clearance, Background Check, and HIPAA Compliance.
• Dedication to ABA ethics, professionalism, and ongoing training.

Your Day-to-Day

• Use engaging, play-based methods in a structured setting.Collaborate daily with teammates, share insights, and refine your approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay
• Training Pay: $20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified)
• Guaranteed Hours - sub or office work provided if clients cancel
• PTO & Holidays: 6 paid holidays + paid Winter Break + accrued time off starting when certified
• 401K: Company contributes 3% even if you don’t
