Job summary

Ability Builders ABA Co. in Hawaii is seeking dedicated RBTs to work 1:1 with autistic children in a clinic setting, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, update graphs, and adjust approaches based on feedback.

Your Day-to-Day

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay
• Training Pay: $20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified)
• Guaranteed Hours - sub or office work provided if clients cancel
• PTO & Holidays: 6 paid holidays + paid Winter Break + accrued time off starting when certified
• 401K: Company contributes 3% even if you don’t

• Insurance & Protections: Liability, disability, and worker’s comp
• Referral Bonus: Up to $500 for new team members you refer
