HealthPro Pediatrics in Riverview, FL is hiring an Entry-Level Behavior Technician to support children through in-home, community, and clinic-based therapy. We provide comprehensive training to help you obtain your Registered Behavior Technician certification and grow in pediatric care.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with pay ranges of $22-$24 per hour based on experience, plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or national equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
