Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an in-home Behavior Technician to support children on the Autism Spectrum in Santa Clara County. Entry-level role with paid training, flexible PT/FT schedules, and weekly paychecks. You will work 1:1 to implement behavior plans under BCBAs, helping develop social and communication skills.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be at least 18. Training is provided, and benefits are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
