Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers part-time options, a clear hourly pay range, and pathways to career growth through supervision and training.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, applying evidence-based ABA with BCBA guidance while documenting progress and coordinating with families. Some travel between client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
