ChildWise ABA provides individualized ABA therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while helping them become more independent.

No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed. Join a supportive team and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience with children is a plus and helpful for role.
• Reliable, professional, and dependable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collect and record session data and monitor progress.
