Job summary

Building Block Resolutions in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring entry-level ABA staff to provide 1:1 intervention to children with autism across home, school, and clinic settings. Full training is provided, and you’ll learn to implement behavior plans with fidelity while collecting data.

The role offers hands-on growth, RBT certification support, tablets for clinical work, and mileage reimbursement. Schedule is Mon-Fri 1:00–5:00 PM in El Monte, with potential for advancement into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training provided.
• Provide 1:1 intervention with children with autism.
• Ability to implement and adapt ABA treatment plans.
• Data collection and documentation required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings
