Building Block Resolutions Inc. is seeking an entry-level ABA role in El Monte, CA. You will provide direct 1:1 intervention with children, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

Training is provided; opportunities for growth into full-time roles exist. This position supports learning clinical software and travel between home, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• Requires commitment to working with children with autism.
• Experience in ABA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
• Collect and document data accurately.
