This is an excellent role forentry-level psychology students or recent graduates, as well as those pursuing careers inmental health, social work, or education.

No experience in ABA? No problem! We offer 40hr RBT training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Requirements:

• High school diplomarequired;Bachelor’s degree preferred(psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field)
• Spanish fluency is required(spoken and written)
• Reliable transportation (no third-party services such as Uber, Taxi or a driver)
• Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes
• Commitment to working with children with developmental disabilities
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Type:

Part-time

Expected hours:about 30 hours per week

Pay:

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Available shifts:8:00 AM - 11:00 AM-BREAK-2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Providedirect 1:1 ABA therapyto children with ASD in home settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily routines
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual inSpanish and English
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
• Interest inpsychology, education, or behavior therapy
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
