Heartland ABA is seeking an Entry-Level Behavior Specialist to support children with Autism in home and community settings in Webb City, MO. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision, helping clients build skills and independence while recording progress data.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, with a willingness to commit at least 6 months, and able to start with flexible part-time hours. RBT certification is required before working; paid training provided.
