Heartland ABA in Webb City, MO is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You'll provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings, under supervision of BCBA staff.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, a commitment of at least six months, paid training, and opportunities to advance with the ABA clinical team. No experience? Training provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and work in home/community settings.
• Patience and compassion when supporting children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team with direct implementation of plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment.
