Comprehensive Behavior Supports in New Providence, NJ is seeking an Entry Level ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one services to children with autism and support skill-building with our clinical team.

No prior ABA experience is required; we offer comprehensive training, part-time schedules with flexible afternoon/evening hours, and opportunities for career growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
