Comprehensive Behavior Supports in Woodbridge Township, NJ is seeking an Entry Level ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. No prior experience is required; we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and comprehensive training to help you start your career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing skill-building plans, and collaborating with BCBA Supervisors and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Able to work in clients' homes or in community locations.
• Must commit to a 6-month term.
• Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
