Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring an Entry-Level Behavior Specialist to support children with Autism. Roles are part-time with a commitment of at least 6 months, offering flexible hours and competitive pay. RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided to new hires.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, recording data, and collaborating with a clinical team to implement care plans and promote independence.
