Job Description

Kellton is seeking several entry-level Banking / Brokerage Operations Analysts to support our global financial services client. These are hybrid roles located in South Jordan, UT.

Position Details

• Title: Banking Operations Analyst
• Pay Rate Range: $20-22/hr on a W2 contract without benefits
• Location: South Jordan, UT

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicating daily with clients regarding their accounts
• Investigating and resolving client issues by coordinating with trading desks, sales desks, and middle office groups to ensure prompt resolution
• Managing client and business unit relationships
• Responding to client queries related to positions, corporate actions, and reporting
• Collaborating with operational management, sales, and trading desks to reduce risk through escalation and effective communication

Skills Required (Essential)

• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to identify problems as they arise and determine when escalation is necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and diligent follow-up
• Understanding of operational and franchise risk
• Excellent client relationship skills, both internally and externally
