Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional member experience by maintaining a positive, professional attitude while helping members and resolving routine questions.
  • Accurately process routine member account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, etc.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer; follow branch operations, policies, procedures and risk management requirements.
  • Use strong communication to understand members' financial needs and offer valuable options.
  • Identify and offer products/services or refer members to an appropriate representative.
  • Work with branch team to achieve personal and branch performance goals.
  • Adhere to AML, BSA, OFAC, CTR, and MISP regulatory requirements.

Position Summary:

Member Service Representative I is responsible for building meaningful relationships with members while delivering efficient, accurate and exceptional service. As an employee of the credit union, Member Service Representative I is expected to promote Credit Union products and services to existing and potential members and work with a dedicated team of professionals to support the organization’s mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours, include attending community/business development events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
