Addition Management LLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant for our NYC-based savings bank. This entry-level role supports reconciliation, reporting, and accounting workflow to maintain accurate financial records.

You will assist with month-end close, asset and lease accounting, tax compliance, and audits, using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, along with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Account reconciliations: record journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in month-end close and prepare financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed assets and lease accounting from initiation to schedules.
• Prepare quarterly Call Report schedules, tax returns and related compliance.
• Support internal and external audits with data and analysis.
